Development Opportunities
Several projects are currently underway to foster further development of Tracadie. Investors and entrepreneurs may contact the management of economic development for more information regarding how we can assist their projects.

Among our largest projects is the Commercial MegaPark and the Industrial Park.

Commercial MegaPark
With more than 120 acres of available land, our MegaPark will become the centre of commercial activity in the region. This area is situated to the West of the Town and is accessible from Highway 11, making it an even more attractive location.

For more information, please contact the Town's Director of Economic Development.

Industrial Park
Situated on the Northern limit of the Town, our Industrial Park already has a significant number of tenants. Accessible from Highway 11, the Industrial Park has some 25 acres available for industries looking to get established within our municipality.

The Park is serviced by a large bandwidth High-Speed Internet network. Fire services within 3 km and water and sewage services are currently under development.

For more information, please contact the Town's Director of Economic Development.
